RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY


We are so convinced, you’ll absolutely love our products, We have return policy only for defective pieces.

1. Kindly allow 5 days for the return or exchange to be processed.

2. For that you need to send us 360 degree courier opening video and photo of the received product and your order id, so will confirm (it is mandatory)

3. For exchange, you need to send back your parcel back on our address, within 3 days and share return tracking number to us, when we will receive your product, we will ship your exchange product.

4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For a return, you can WhatsApp us at +91 9501363605

5. If you want to return the parcel then send back this parcel to our address, courier charge will bear by customer, our address is mentioned on shipment label and send a return courier tracking number to us by WhatsApp after receiving the parcel we will exchange.

6. Any item purchased during any promotions/sale that will not be eligible for refund.

7. If you are unable to return parcel, then we can arrange the return pick up from our side, but you need to bare courier charges for the same and (it's depend on your location and quantity). After that you will get exchange or coupon code within 1-2 working days (holiday not included).

All quires will be solved between working days, Monday - Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Please write your order id, your name and contact number on return parcel. If possible, please send it by Indian Post, it will charge you only 40-70 rs, rather than other courier service
